FOCUS 3

Diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity

The diversity of our workforce is a core strength of our business, and a significant contributor to the success of our company. We promote equal opportunity and foster an inclusive culture, where our employees feel accepted, respected, and empowered to do their best work.

Fostering gender equality and inclusion

We are strengthening our commitment to gender equality through gender-bias training in North America and a pilot initiative in France on salary equity and maternity leave. We have already made solid progress, with a gender equality index of 95/100 in 2022 and 55% of women in managerial roles.

Improving access for people with disabilities

As an inclusive employer, we are fully committed to breaking down disability-based barriers and ensuring that a fulfilling career is accessible to everyone. In France, our efforts have led to a 8.7% direct employment rate of employees with disabilities and 12.9% at SOFIC, our site in Mazamet (France).

Pauline MalagutiDisability Manager

“ My mission is to implement a roadmap that brings together all stakeholders so that people with disabilities are completely integrated into every company process. Supported by a team of 16 internal ambassadors, I guide people who have taken the step of becoming recognized as a disabled worker, as well as those who have questions or reservations about embarking on the process. ”
