French Minister of Labor visits Septodont

Labor, Employment and Economic Inclusion Minister Olivier Dussopt accompanied by high officials from his ministry and local authorities visited Septodont on Monday 12th September.

The ministerial delegation was welcomed by Olivier Schiller, CEO of the Septodont Group.

The visit started with a roundtable discussion and a presentation of the Septodont Group, its activities, and the company’s human resources practices.

The visit then continued with a tour of our injectables production unit where the Minister met with several employees and discussed topics such as:

    • Youth employment and the many opportunities Septodont offers to students through apprenticeship and internship programs.
    • Skill development through concrete examples of career progression with employees changing jobs to continue to evolve within the company.
    • Diversity and inclusion, highlighting our commitment to ensure that people with disability in all their diversity are included meaningfully at Septodont.
    • Health and security in the workplace.

“Septodont is one of those great companies that, if I can put it that way, ticks all the boxes. These include entrepreneurship, caring, quality of life at work, and skills development. I am particularly impressed by the actions being taken on the learning and training of young people. I too was an apprentice at the end of my studies and can only be an ambassador of apprenticeship in France,” said the Minister during the visit.

As the visit was coming to an end, the Minister reiterated his thanks and support to Olivier Schiller and the Septodont Group.
